You can specify your search via Boolean operations:

• + term means that this word must exist.
• - term means that this word must not be present.
• "term text phrase" renders results with the precisly entered text phrase.
• < and > can also be used to emphasize parts of the text phrase.
• * functions as wild card.

Example:
The search for "AutoCAD -draftsman >Berlin" renders all applicants who's profile includes the term AutoCAD but does NOT include draftsman. Profiles that also include the term Berlin will be listed first
