   3. archinoah.de is counting your downloads, uploads and contributions. Your account balance is calculated based on the credit points currently assigned for certain areas and already accessed information.
   4. Multiple registration of a user is an intentional avoidance of the Credit Point System and hence not permitted. In the case of serious infringement of this rule, we reserve the right to take legal action and to request an appropriate fee.
5. Data protection
   1. Insofar as the online service provides the opportunity to submit personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, mailing addresses), please be aware that the disclosure of such information is explicitly voluntary on the part of the user.

         In some categories, data and information can be placed on the server and made available to others. Uploads require an author and a corresponding email address. The author's name is always visible in relation to the download. The author's email address is not made publicly available, and serves only for the operators to contact the author.

      • Your search terms may be stored anonymously for statistical uses.

   5. All Areas
